We plead: LORD, grant us peace in our time.
There are misunderstandings, suspision even antagonism, and often hatred fills the air!
Make us an open and receptive channel, always ready to be a bearer of YOUR peace.
Let our eyes see what YOU see: the beautiful, the good and the pure around us.
Let the words of our mouths testify YOUR love in our hearts, YOUR light in our minds, YOUR peace in our Souls.
O PRINCE of peace, on behalf of a torn world we lift our hands to YOU in prayer: Give us peace, O LORD.
