We all tend to be under the misconception that our only purpose in life is to experience all that is good, because if this was the case, then life would be blissful and happy.
This misconception often leaves us feeling very troubled and disconcerted with our lives, when things do not go according to plan - because we consider such an experience to be a very bad thing indeed.
Although I do not advocate any bad thing happening in anyone's life, we must begin to grow and evolve as people - beyond such thoughts.
For essentially every experience is a unique opportunity for you to experience or learn something new.
Something which - were it not for the experience of going through it - you would never have known.
Without such experiences you would be missing out on some of the greatest
opportunities in your life - should you fail to become aware of such opportunities through learning.
When everything in your world is viewed as an opportunity for learning, then you are no longer phased out by events you do not like.
In time, you will just come to appreciate each learning experience that you have been given to change your life - rather than become despairing or disappointed.
